A faulty servo drive on an essential printing machine disrupted production at a flexible packaging and corrugated paper products manufacturer in Ota. The fault had caused significant downtime in our client’s production process, and urgent intervention was required.

Team Teknifix performed a thorough inspection and fault diagnosis, followed by the repair and replacement of defective components. After repair, the servo drive was subjected to staged testing and calibration to ensure smooth synchronization with the printing system.
