Team Teknifix was engaged by a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic packaging to repair a Yaskawa A1000 Variable Frequency Drive (20/75kW) that was reported not to power up correctly. During initial testing, the drive was observed to shut down immediately after power was applied.

A comprehensive diagnostic assessment, including cold testing, was carried out by the Team Teknifix. The investigation revealed faulty components as the root cause. The defective components were replaced with OEM certified components, after which the drive was reassembled and tested.
